Additional Info:Archie is commemorated on the War Memorial in Kildonan as he was gassed in WWI and died on his return home. Family legend tells that brother Angus was also gassed in the war and subsequently died young, but there is no record of where is buried. They also had a sister named Marion, but there also is no record where she is buried. Attached is his mother's letter of thanks to the Highlanders for notifying her of his sad passing. May he rest in peace.
